Q

How do I find data on the Swiss capital markets with comparisons to neighboring countries?

• Market capitalization of the Swiss stock exchange (years 2005-2009 are in our textbook, and I was able to find 2010, but I would like to see back to 2000) • Total amount of debt (bonds) outstanding by the Swiss government (also, a comparison to debt of neighboring countries would be helpful) • Swiss Market Index (SMI) returns for the past ten years (I found bits and pieces of this information but not in a user friendly format; again a format where I can look up comparison countries would also be helpful.)
