Where do I find a record of a company's stock splits and dividends?

Yahoo! Finance
1. Enter ticker symbol for desired company
2. Select "Historical Prices" onleft-hand navigation menu
3. Daily stock priices available from 1962 - present
4. Select "Dividend Only"
Standard & Poor's NetAdvantage
1. Companies tap > Select Publication > Company Profile
2. Enter ticker or company name
3. Select "Corporate Actions" tab in left frame
4. Data points: Date Declared, Ex-Dividend Date, Stock of Record, Payment Date
Value Line
1. Enter ticker in search box top right
2. Click on "VL Survey Page" (PDF)
3. Splits are displayed in a "Legends" box on the chart
4. Dividends Declarde per share are displayed yearly on the 4th line of the stock table
