The Business Library subscribes to two SDC Platinum databases:
- Global issues: historical and on-going coverage of more than 119,000 global equity offerings and 550,000 global bond offerings.
- Worldwide mergers, acquisitions and alliances: covers approximately 672,000 global M&As from 1985 to the present.
Access is restricted to University of Florida Faculty and Graduate Students for academic research only.
How to obtain access to the database:
- Contact the Business Librarian, Peter McKay, to obtain the installation software.
- After successfully installing the software email the Business Librarian for logon information.
